@New-Ivory-Moose-2347679285#244876 Als het geld al van je bunq rekening af is, is het geld nu onderweg naar Revolut. Voor vragen over deze transactie moet je dan ook bij Revolut zijn. Transacties kunnen 1-2 werkdagen duren.

Maar een iDeal betaling zeg je? Hoe heb je dat gedaan? Ik dacht namelijk dat Revolut alleen uitgaande iDeal betalingen ondersteunde, en niet binnenkomende betalingen?

Beste Stijn, wat je vertelt over het toevoegen van geld via IDEAL bij Revolut heb ik ook eerder meegemaakt met dat de betaling ongedaan gemaakt is. Echter werkt het toevoegen van geld niet met IDEAL bij Revolut en kan je alleen geld toevoegen via creditcard of via Apple of Google pay. Je zal nu een paar werkdagen moeten wachten en je geld zal weer aankomende week worden bijgeschreven op je Bunq rekening waarmee je de betaling naar revolut hebt proberen uit te voeren.

@Richard-Orange-Penguin-642701086#245057 Dank voor je reactie Richard, via ABN heb je meestal geen last doordat ABN één van de weinige banken is die goed met verschillende banken samenwerkt waaronder ook buitenlandse rekeningen ondersteunt met instant payment. Ik heb het probleem zelf met ING gehad en mijn saldo werd niet toegevoegd via IDEAL maar teruggestort naar mijn ING rekening binnen 3 wekdagen. Het blijft dus wel een issue als je geld via IDEAL wilt toevoegen bij Revolut rekening met sommige banken. Ieder geval nog een fijne zondag!

@briemenj#245066 Dat komt denk ik doordat iDeal iets Nederlands is, wat veel niet-Nederlandse banken niet tot amper ondersteunen.

@thijsoost#245125 I’m not a 💯 but here’s what I found iDEAL payment requests are created by so-called C2C providers. If you want to make a payment request, please use one of the providers on this page.
At first, iDEAL C2C-payments are transferred to a suspense account of the C2C Provider. Information about this account is shown to the payer before the approval and actual payment of the payer. On the bank statement of the payer, the C2C-provider is shown as the beneficiary. A C2C-payment is never a direct payment to the payee. 
The C2C-provider transfers the money to the bank account of the payee. This happens the next business day (at the latest).
Please note: We strongly advise you to not perform a payment using a C2C payment request when you do not know and/or physically meet the payee. In these situations, please use a specific service that minimizes the risk of not receiving the product/service. Good examples are Gelijk oversteken of Marktplaats and Gelijk oversteken of PostNL.

@New-Blue-Newt-2907304741#245126 Aah then you have to use the iDeal app. I also have the Revolut app installed on my phone, but it's not possible to create a payment request that people can pay with iDeal. This is kind of a big deal in the Netherlands, that's why I chose bunq instead of Revolut as my main bank.
