Hello, My relative has been basically abused by the bunq registration app keeping made to upload passport photo and making the video with all the instructions time and again , and nothing is accepted: address in the Netherlands isn’t good, address in Ukraine isn’t good, videos aren’t even commented on when the whole system just resets back to square one.
