Why can't you top up your account? What did you try, and what is the error message you get?

Karol You try to top up your bunq account using a bunq card. Then the money goes from your bunq account to your bunq account; that makes no sense. If you want to top up your account, you have to do that from another bank.

Karol You need to add money to your account, from another bank, for example. Your account has less than €20 at the moment, so the withdrawal failed.

Karol Then your card is probably not connected to the right account. Go to the Home screen in the bunq app, open the card you're using, and check to which account the card is connected to
