Did you try to re submit the Paysafecash process again ensuring you added the correct phone number?
I am afraid if you still have issues registering with PaysafeCash you need to check their faq and their support team.

Just to set your expectations, I did not have any problem with registrations using my Dutch mobile phone number, but then the services offered by Paysafecash are definitely not up to bunq standards unfortunately.
I still can’t find any shops which actually would let me do any deposit despite being reported as available one on PaysafeCash App (in Amsterdam).
I ended up asking a friend with a traditional bank to get my cash and then transfer to me via Bank transfer.
