Metal Card with bunq Pack pre-payment

According to the T&C a Metal Card can be ordered by a pre-payment of 12 months of the bunq Pack. But according to the screen when changing to a bunq Pack, a pre-payment of 24 months is needed.

Who can tell me if it’s 12 or 24 months that is needed as pre-payment?

In this case, the owner of the bunq Pack wil order the Metal Card

Tymen Should be 12 months of bunq Pack. Be aware though that this card will then only belong to the owner of the Pack. As a Pack member, there is currently no option to get a free card through pre-payment, as they‘re technically not paying for any bunq plan.

||stef|| Manche Tarife kosten ja monatlich mehr oder weniger. Die Vorauszahlung ist immer so „pi mal Daumen“ etwa gleichteuer. Daher je nach Tarifkosten entweder 12 oder 24 Monate.

Der OP hat nach bunq Pack (24 Euro/Monat) gefragt, du hast anscheinend bunq Easy Money (9 Euro/Monat).

To confirm on this: it’s indeed 12 months with a bunq Pack. Although something is being stated differently in that screenshot. So case solved 💪
