Vadym Was the payment made in Euro? Ukraine is not in SEPA, so PrivatBank (which I guess is what you mean) would have to send a SWIFT payment. But bunq can only receive Euro payments via SWIFT.

Vadym It's probably best for you and Vasily & Iryna to inquire with PrivatBank or bunq directly about this. Here on the community forum, we can only assist with general information about transfers, which I already did above, but to re-iterate:

bunq can receive SWIFT transfers (mind the extra fees).
The currency of the funds has to match the currency of the bunq sub-account that is receiving the transfer. Euro accounts can only receive Euro, USD accounts can only receive USD, etc.
It may take up to 7 business days until you receive it, as there's a lot of manual labor involved when it comes to SWIFT transfers.
You need to fully verify your account to receive SWIFT transfers. If you’re not verified, the payment will bounce back to the sending bank.

Therefore, make sure your accounts are fully verified, and that the transfer is sent in Euro. If you have questions about your account status, please contact the Support Chat, as we cannot assist with this on the community forum.
