Zehra Ok, that's good. It's hard for us here in the community to make a guess as to why you're having troubles with your card payment, especially without knowing anything more specific.

For example, do you see any specific errors, are there failed payment events visible in the app or not and if yes, what's the fault description, do payments work at some stores but not at others, did you try both contactless and Chip&PIN etc.
