I created an account last week. I added my residence card and then my BSN. I was then told my documents would be reviewed and I'd hear back in 4 hours. It's been a few days now and it's still pending review.

Does it always happen like this or its just mine?.

    @New-Mauve-Starfish-3819450482#247751 Sometimes it can take a bit longer (± a week). This depends on the readability of your identity card, the quality of your video, and how busy it is at bunq support. You'll be notified once your account is verified!

      @New-Green-Snake-1516413950#247758 What is your question? What to do if verifying your account takes longer than a week? I would contact bunq support after ±2 weeks.

        Er staat 24 uur of 2 uur of 5 minuten, niets van dit alles klopt ……..

          We hebben precies hetzelfde, alle documenten ingediend en support reageert ook niet eens, het is inmiddels al twee weken…

            Das ist schade. Ich warte auch schon ein paar Tage auf die Überprüfung meines Dokuments.

                Same here. I have an existing account with Bunq and a current corporate account, but I started a new Ltd. All data is there, but also stuck in the Verifying Paperwork stage as well. The message says it’ll take less than 24 hours but it’s already been a couple of days.
