Transfer from bunq to ING blocked my ING account in suspicion of fraud. I just received a transfer from my lawyer. Be aware that block your account and it’s very hard to fix it because bunq and ING communication does not exist.
Michal By contacting ING you should be able to resolve this pretty quickly. Just tell them the transfer is legitimate.
Michal Klopt, heb ik ook een keer gehad. Is wel na een telefoontje met ING opgelost. Wel vreemd dat ING dit zo inschat, BUNQ is toch gewoon collega bank?
Jakob Unfortunately I call them every work day since Thursday and they always say that they wait for verification form bunq side and bunq didn’t received any request from ING.
Michal In my experience that wasn't ever needed. Maybe there's some reason why they're more careful in your case. In the end, this is something that ING or bunq need to solve, not something we can help with much further in the community.
Michal Usually it’s a formality after you confirmed that the transaction is legitimate. So after we have no insight to your bunq account and neither to your ING it’s best to contact the support of ING.
