Warner Cards do not have IBANs, only bank accounts have IBANs. A virtual card will of course come with a number (also called PAN in technical speech). This can then be used to pay online anywhere Mastercard is accepted. This includes PayPal, Google Play, etc. -- exactly what these are meant for.
