Vitalii How do you mean? In what list in what app is Ukraine no longer included? I can still transfer money to Ukrainian IBANs in the bunq app.

I cannot transfer funds from the Ukrainian card to the bunq because Ukraine is no longer one of the countries working with bunq

Vitalii It is indeed no longer allowed to top up your bunq account using an Ukrainian card. I'm not sure why, but I know that bunq is legally no longer allowed to do this, unfortunately.

I checked on archive.org for earlier versions of the accepted countries list for card top-up. Doesn't seem like Ukraine was on the list before.

And if you refer to the Mastercard Send feature, that's really not something that is commonly done in Western Europe. While bunq has some support for it, I don't think anyone here really has a lot of experience with this and there's hardly any documentation. I wouldn't really rely on it, it's just not a thing in The Netherlands, Germany etc.
