Hello la commu ! 👋🏼
J’avais juste une petite question concernant les virements instantanés.
Est-ce normal qu’en semaine lorsque je veux effectuer un virement instantané d’un de mes comptes sur bunq vers un autre établissement bancaire celui-ci se fait directement mais quand c’est le samedi ou dimanche ils me disent que la date d’arrivée est le lundi ?
Quelqu’un saurait m’expliquer ?

    @New-Turquoise-Oryx-2810394410#248743 It just shows you an estimation. Of course, if it is sent as instant transfer (which bunq will always attempt), then it is instant, all days of the year, weekends included.

    But in case the instant payment doesn‘t work, it will get sent as a normal payment instead. The prediction reflects that.

      @Jakob-Y#248745 Mais comment comprendre le fait que tantôt le paiement instantané s’effectue et tantôt il ne s’effectue pas ? J’ai bien peur que s’il m’estime un paiement à lundi le paiement arrive lundi et non immédiatement en instantané ?

        @New-Turquoise-Oryx-2810394410#248746 It often depends on the other bank. If you're sending a payment with bunq, bunq sends it as an Instant Payment. But if the other, receiving, bank doesn't support Instant Payments, then it won't be delivered instantly.

          @thijsoost#248747 Non vous n’avez pas compris ma question. J’ai déjà envoyé un virement instantané à cette même banque et au même destinataire en semaine et cela est parvenu en instantané et il m’indiquait bien au moment de l’envoie que le paiement allait arriver en quelques secondes. Ce qui est normal car elle prend en charge les virements instantanés. En revanche en voulant renvoyer un virement instantané actuellement pendant le week end on me dit que la date d’arrivée est lundi, pourquoi ?

            @New-Turquoise-Oryx-2810394410#248752 Not sure, sometimes for some reason an Instant Payment isn't send instantly. There can be multiple causes for this.

              @New-Turquoise-Oryx-2810394410#248752 It‘s an estimation. It might not be correct. You can only know if instant payments work or not by trying to send it. There‘s no way to know before.

                @New-Turquoise-Oryx-2810394410#248752 Es gibt Banken, die am Wochenende sogenannte Wartungsarbeiten durchführen und dann zeitweilig absolut offline sind. Wenn Ihre Echtzeitüberweisung in diesem Zeitraum erfolgt, dann kann bunq nur eine Standard SEPA Überweisung generieren.

                  Bonjour ma fille m'a fait un virement instantanée depuis jeudi et ont est samedi toujours rien!!!!!
