Hello Everyone I Need Help am New Apply New Card So card received but am Already Blocked This Card But am Not Understand so please help me Anybody thank you so much
Waqar So if I understand correctly, you ordered and received a card, but the card is already blocked?
Have you activated your card after you received it in the bunq app?
No I have blocked my Card myself but i can not unblock it.
Waqar Have you tapped the "Freeze" button or "Block" button?
I can not find this button
Waqar If you open your card from the Home page in the bunq app, can you see a blue button at the bottom in the middle called "Reactivate"?
