J’ai envoyé ce vendredi 24 juin vers 18 heures mes documents pour créer un compte. J’aimerai savoir combien de temps cela peut prendre pour qu’ils soient validés. Merci à vous

      Is there some sort of notification if you have been put on a wait list? All I get is the demo notification banner at the bottom of the app.

        @New-Emerald-Lion-47200359#250013 In case bunq couldn't open your account in just 5 minutes, they asked if you’d like to join the Waiting List.

        There should be a banner visible on the Home page, if I'm not mistaken. You'll be notified once your account is verified and ready for use.

          Ok. Thank you for the info. I still have the demo banner on the bottom. When I click on that it shows the only step left is the verification one. Guess all there is to do is wait.

            @New-Emerald-Lion-47200359#250015 That's right! Verification takes between 5 minutes and 2 weeks, you will automatically be notified when your account has been verified.

              Finalement j’ai trouvé comment suivre la vérification mais il est écrit qu’il faut attendre jusqu’à 24h. Pourquoi 2 semaines dites vous ?

                @New-Black-Hummingbird-2478628299#250064 I didn't say it takes two weeks, I said that it might take two weeks. In most cases accounts are verified within 24 hours, sometimes it takes longer. You'll be notified once your account is verified.

                    Succes, ik wacht al sinds begin Mei. Het is absoluut geen 24 uur en al helemaal niet 2 weken.

                        Salut, j'ai envoyé mes documents depuis le 23 juin mais mon compte n'est pas encore vérifié depuis, et tout est en attente

                          @New-Black-Starfish-294926568#251624 23 June is 10 days ago, verifying your account can take up to ±2 weeks. If you haven't heared back from bunq at 9 July, I recommend contacting bunq support to ask if they need any additional information.
