I sent my documents yesterday and they told me that verification will be in 5 min and is takinh almost a day

    Ok there is a link where i can make the verification again??

      @New-Cyan-Starfish-417554947#250509 No, why would you do it again if you have already gone through it? Normally it should only be needed to do it once. If bunq needs additional information, they will contact you.

        @New-Cyan-Starfish-417554947#250509 No, you don't have to go through the verification again. As stated on the page I sent you, you're probably added to the Waiting List. Bunq will let you know if they need any further information, and you'll be notified once your account is verified. This can take anywhere between 5 minutes and 2 weeks.

          Alles verzonden, na 1 week nog geen verificatie en nu is mijn rekening opgeheven?! Waarom Bunq?

            @Mike365#250540 Heeft bunq geen toelichting gegeven? Als je dit wilt weten moet je bunq support vragen, hier in de community posten gaat je dan niet verder helpen helaas.
