bunq does also not give money to new accounts, so if someone is promising that to you, that‘s not bunq. Whoever is saying that probably wants to trick you into giving them access to your bank account here, which can have very bad consequences for you.
If bunq wants to speak to you, they will only use this app. Not another channel like e-mail, SMS or social media. If you‘re getting messages from someone pretending to be bunq, they‘re definitely scammers.
