App keep saying we need a few extra docs

I am trying to open a business account. The app however, after completing the extra questions, keeps saying few extra documents needed. But when i click it , it says thank you for submitting. I have been busy with creating account for 3 weeks now(which should take max 72 hrs). I think i give it up now and open an account at another bank. I am getting tired of it. Hope that somebody cann tell me, that it is normal and that I am almost there. Grtz Luke

No way to tell how much longer it'll take, that depends on your information and type of business.

Bunq support is very busy at the moment, and waiting times are unfortunately a little bit longer than usual.

The 72 hrs, is what the app tells me every time i have to answer new questions, it says, we are validating your account, it may take up to 72 hrs.

I will wait another week since I am in week 4 now.

Ludwig M. C. I think that the 72 hours was the 'old' time in which they were able to handle all the requests, but it seems like now the waiting time has become a bit longer, unfortunately.
