Tamara That depends if the money was sent as an Instant Payment, and using which Instant Payment network. If the Instant Payment was sent using a network that bunq doesn't support, it doesn't arrive instantly but after 1-2 business days. But if the sending bank uses the same Instant Payment network as bunq, it arrives instantly!
