Deleted digicard by mistake

Hello, i deleted a digicard by mistake and at the start of the august i have to receive a refund on an payment i made online, they will only refund to initial method of payment.
I that transfer go through if the card is gone but the account is still there?
Is there a way to get my card back?

You will still get all refunds. This works even years later.

Noitrex Ah, okay. There's no way to get it back, but I'm not sure how bunq handles refunds to cards that no longer exist. Maybe someone else knows, otherwise I would recommend contacting bunq support

Noitrex A response from bunq support can take a few days. Keep your support chat open and don't close it, you'll receive a response within a week!

Thijs So they responded, basically i can't get the money back but the refund should go through.

HI 🙌,
it happened to me also.. it is possible to delete a card with out blocking it / freeze it... at least for DigiCard.
I thought it was not possible to request physical cards for DigiCards but it is possible... at least now.
I tapped on the "Get a Physical version" button and then the request for the physical card kicked in.
As I did not want that, I tap then on cancel request.. and when that happens.. the card gets deleted.
It is a bit weird... but that is how I deleted a card with out freezing/blocking.

The card is gone by the way, no way to get it back.
