Hi, I have applied to open an account for my freelance business (German business form: Einzelunternehmer) which I’m doing along side my job, however Bunq is taking ages to process my application (over a week now) and keeps sending me the same verification questions from different persons.
Now even to state a reason why I do not have a website for my business and as such how am I going to do advertisement...
a) how is this relevant for a bank
B) if I have previously stated that I do Freelance work where I apply for projects myself - do you expect me to make billboards with my name on it or what else is necessary to get an account opened
What is this? How can I cancel my request? I‘d rather open a business account somewhere else if bunq is not able to process my request for a simple business account which I intend to use to accept payments separately from my main income account (from my employer)
What I‘ve done so far: answered all the questions multiple times, sent an official document of the company registration (Gewerbeanmeldung), provided all the data required. I think I’m stuck in some kind of loop
