Sabine Hi Sabine, everyone has a 6-digit security code for access to their account at bunq and to secure certain actions like transfers of higher amounts. The instruction for resetting it can be found here: https://together.bunq.com/d/3980
Make sure you use the newest version of the app and disable everything that could be blocking the bunq app from loading the verification environment correctly (VPN, privacy tracker blocker, etc.)
If it still doesn't work, you would have to contact Private Support, as we cannot help you with account-related issues on the community forum. You can get to it in the app by following these steps:
- Go to Profile
- Tap on Settings in the right corner on top
- Scroll to the bottom, tap on Need help? Get Support, then choose Personal Support
