Bonjour lors du premier virement que je reçois dans mon compte sa mais combien de temp pour le premier vérification ?

        @New-Salmon-Colt-266968149#252503 Once you open a new bunq account, your paperwork needs to be verified. Bunq is a bank, and is legally required to do so. Once your account is verified, your bunq account becomes fully functional.

                      And by the way, please tap the 'reply' button in the bottom right corner when you reply to someone, otherwise the other person won't receive a notification of your reply!

                        Be careful with this lot. All was working when I using small amounts then I was paid a larger amount in another currency and suddenly they need to investigate which would be fair enough but limits reduced and they can't say to what (I don't see how the security is improved by me spending until the card is declined and repeating daily) and no timeline for investigation.

                          @Martin-Grey-Turtle-2003318427#252621 Bunq is legally required to investigate large payments. They state:

                          "As part of our due diligence, we are required to investigate unusual (transaction) behaviour. You’re obligated to cooperate in these investigations and we expect you to provide us with any relevant information we require. A refusal to cooperate could ultimately lead to the closure of your account."

                          But it's unfortunate to hear that they don't provide you with more status updates!
