Keep in mind that bunq only sends you important information via the in-app chat, not by SMS. And the only domains bunq is using are:

bunq.com
bunq.me
bunq.app

If you see a different domain, it's fake!

Also got the same text just now. Strangest thing to me is that on my phone it appeared as coming from bunq (same contact that was previously used to confirm login etc.)

Martijn Changing the sender of an SMS is as easy as writing a different sender on the back of an envelop (it's called 'spoofing'). SMS is a very unsafe way of communicating! That's why bunq will never send you important information by SMS, only to confirm a new phone number or to verify a login on bunq web, for example.
