@New-Grey-Peccary-1390653953#253815 Hi 👋 there,
I believe sort code is only available for GBP accounts.
At this bunq article it describes how to find it:

Have a great evening

@Gianguig#253818 Thanks GG.. will check this link..
PS: thanks again :) for keeping this community a better place
@New-Grey-Peccary-1390653953#253820 Hello again Mathivanan. The meaning of "sort code" is indeed depending on what kind of IBAN / account you're dealing with. As bunq offers many different IBANs and currencies, often there might not even be something like a sort code.
As for the IE IBANs offered by bunq, I explained everything that there is to know already in your previous thread: https://together.bunq.com/d/51124/3 Irish IBANs have both a 4-character bank code and a 6-digit NSC (national sort code).
If you need help with other country's IBANs then you can use a search engine to look it up (the bunq IBANs have the same structure as other bank's IBANs of that same country) or just ask here, I'm always happy to break it down. And GG above already mentioned how it works for the GBP currency accounts :)
@Jakob-Y#253832 Yes Jakob.. I extracted the sort code from Iban and then tried ran it in a sort code checker in internet.. it failed.. hence was wondering if it would be a different code
@New-Grey-Peccary-1390653953#253837 Some checker tools on the internet might be outdated. If you use an up-to-date one then it'll show up fine. For example:
@Jakob-Y#253838 Great .. will check them out.. thanks a ton
It's usually the first six numbers after BUNQ, the next (last) eight after that is the account number.
@Turquoise-Llama#254133 Yep, that's what I explained in this comment: https://together.bunq.com/d/51124/3 At bunq currently the NSC is always 990385, they only have that single "branch" in Ireland.
