Signing up for bunq, and waiting for your documentation to get approved? We’ve just added a screen that will tell you approximately how long this takes, so you’re always in the loop. 🎉
What’s fixed 🔨
As a new user, when setting your auto logout to 0 seconds, you should’ve been prompted to create a passcode. Now you are.
When your new Easy Investments account’s status is “To Be Reviewed”, the app should have told you that your verification is pending. Instead, it was saying “Additional information required". That’s fixed.

After submitting your details for verification, you should’ve seen a banner that says you can enjoy bunq while your account is being verified. Instead, you’d see a banner prompting you to finish signing up (again). That’s fixed. 🚀
