@Marc-Pink-Falcon-238279502#253993 Where do you see new terms & conditions?
If you want to see the changes between the current personal terms & conditions and those of 9 March 2022, go here.
EDIT: Ah, I understand that there has been a in-app pop-up notification (for business users). As far as I know, it's about the updated pricing.

@Marc-Pink-Falcon-238279502#253993 Just the pricing as far as I'm aware.
@Jakob-Y#254082 I think yeah. Thank you
@thijsoost#253994 Exactly. Thank you

@thijsoost#253994 I got a pop up and I’m not a business user. But I believe the reason I’m getting the pop up and am being explicitly asked to agree to the new terms is due to new laws in Germany that require explicit consent instead of implying consent in the absence of an objection to the new terms.
I browsed through the diff on the conditions and there’s even a new clause explaining that residents of Germany & Austria are given a set amount of time to agree to new T’s & C’s when there is a change, and if no agreement is provided, bunq may suspend the account.
I’m actually glad that due to this change I’m more aware when bunq changes its T’s and C’s.
But I do wish that bunq themselves would provide a summary of the changes they made so that one doesn’t have to scroll through a whole diff of the document.
