Congrats on creating a Savings Goal! Now you can set goals and save money automatically by rounding up your payments.
By enabling Auto Save, outgoing payments made with bunq, including bunq joint and connected accounts will be rounded up to the nearest €1. The difference will then be transferred to your Savings Goal account 💰. For example, if you make a payment at Albert Heijn for €19.48, the amount of €0.52 will be transferred to your savings.
You will also see 2 amounts in your Events overview: the paid amount in orange and the saved amount in gray.
How to set up Auto Save?
- Create a new Savings Goal, or, in the Me tab, choose an existing one
- Tap on the three dots in the top right corner
- Choose Auto Save
Keep in mind you can only enable Auto Save for one Savings Goal at a time and it can also be enabled for joint monetary accounts 👍.
If you want to exclude one or more bank accounts from Auto Save, you can check this topic.
