Jonathan Hey 👋 A SEPA transfer can take up to 2 business days. If you await funds from another account and the transfer is nowhere to be found, even though the expected time period has passed, please follow this simple process to start investigating:
Go to Home > select the subaccount you await the payment > Click on “Can’t find a payment? Find when it’ll arrive” > Select “incoming Payment” and follow the flow.
