1) If the IBAN you transfer money to does not exist or not active, the money will be sent back to you .. not sure the timing.. but I would not expect less than a week.
You can check here for example (https://bank.codes/iban/validate/ or https://nl.ibancalculator.com/ ) if the IBAn you used is valid or not.
2) If the IBAN is instead active, you could contact the bank owning the IBAN and check if they can contact the owner and the owner agrees with sending back the cash. Technically, the person who received the money does not own it but if she/he does not want to send back the amount it is going to be a legal issue which for normal low amount is not worth it.
It is highly possible situation 1 will happen so I would wait a bit.
