Does anyone also have a problem with the contactless payment by phone, this option has disappeared

    Correct! Bunq no longer supports Tap&Pay. You now have to use Google Pay or Apple Pay. Open your card from the Home page and tap "Add to Google Pay" on Android or tap "Add to Apple Pay" on iOS.

      it's a pity because Google pay does not work on all terminals, I have a problem with payments more than once. Wish you have a nice day

        @Lukasz-Teal-Kiwi#255800 Really? I've never been in a store or restaurant where Google Pay didn't work. Google Pay should work everywhere where your physical bunq card also works.

        Are you sure you're using an accepted card (Maestro or Mastercard) in Google Pay?

          yes I have everything well installed, I had a problem in gall en Gall and once I wanted to pay for food, so I always have my card with me

            @Lukasz-Teal-Kiwi#255800 Google Pay has the same acceptance as Tap&Pay. Why? Because acceptance does not depend on the NFC technology, it depends on the card network.

            If you add your Maestro card to Google Pay, it‘ll work everywhere Maestro cards are accepted.

            If you add your Mastercard to Google Pay, it‘ll work everywhere Mastercard is accepted.

            (It‘s not bunq‘s fault that some other banks decided to only allow Visa/Mastercard to be used with wallets like Google Pay, which in fact has an influence on acceptance. But well, all bunq cards work with Google Pay, so here you can choose yourself.)

              Veel bedrijven zijn afgestapt van maestro en gpay.. gebruiken andere platforms die deze kaarten dan gebruiken en die hebben hun eigen voorwaarden weer.. km en km er complex.. terwijl je denkt gewoon te betalen met de partij die je aanklikt m opent je maar afwachten waar zij mee samenwerken..
              Het wordt tijd dat alles al la een direct kan betaald worden..al dat % kapen is wel heel vermoeiend..

                  It is extremely unfortunate that this option has been removed. For those who value privacy and use e.g. GraphenOS or CalyxOS, G-Pay is not usable, so it would have been nice to have an in-app alternative.
