I am drastically angry with the service that the Buns is provided!
All these nice emoji-filled messages and emails in real life are nothing: I will explain! I am an expat in Amsterdam, and thanks to my flatmate he paid for the housing deposit using his Dutch Bank Account.
Now it is time to pay back, which I trusted Bunq to get managed.
Today I walked around the whole city trying to find the place to top up my Bunq account using a barcode from Bunq official application and no one from the list worked! NO ONE! They are either closed or don't accept Bunq top-ups. All of the owners of those places told me that they asked Bunq to remove them from that Bunq top-ups list but their stores are still there.
They advised me do not have anything in common with Bunq because "it is a stupid service" — they said.
I have tried all points from the Bunq App Map at mine and neighboring neighborhoods. I walked about 15000 steps on the small streets looking for non-existing or closed Tobacco-shops, and sim stores, hearing that they haven't accepted the Bunq!
It is my day off that I definitely can spend a way better, and I need to return a debt to my flatmate which I wanted to do today ager toping up.
Can you explain to me what is going on and you definitely should pay me compensation for that!
