I know it can be a bit frustrating when asking for help and need to provide very detailed information.
When I ask for help to bunq support, but I use the same technique for any help desk system, I pretend I need to explain to my grandmother (who does not have any IT or banking experiences).
Takes more time initially on your side but then no need to re explain and provide additional details and solution comes fast. in this case more is better.
i try to use also short sentences and add screen shots maybe highlighting visually the errors I experience.
I hope it helps and no money are ever lost. That is the pillar of banking systems.
