HI 🙌 Chiara,
when you log into the bunq App, on the main tab (which is named Home) you should have at least two tiles, one for at least the first sub account created when your account had been validated and authorized from bunq and another tile named "Cards"... if the new tile card had not been created, at least the credit card tile should be visible on your home tab.
From there, follow what is in the document that Thijs indicated earlier.
If you can not still find the card, check in the "Profile" tab, tap on the set up wheel on the top right, tap on visibility and see if the Credit Card is flagged as visible. If it is not flagged, flag it and then go back to the home tab and the card tile should be visible now.
If this does not work either, check with bunq support. Make sure you indicate every step and provide also screen shot so bunq can help you faster and more precisely.
