We’ve rolled out a new update to our app that includes small new improvements and features that make life easy.
iOS
What’s fixed 🔨
Some users had issues when sending payments from the app, getting an error that says their security code was wrong. Payments could still be sent from bunq web. It’s all fixed now.
The app wouldn’t instantly update after submitting your UBO (ultimate beneficial owner of the company) information while signing up for a business plan. This made it possible to have duplicate submissions of the same documents. That’s fixed.
The “Total” amount of money you have in your bunq account would show differently if all you sub-accounts were visible, or if some (or all) were hidden. We’ve fixed that.
Android
What’s new 🙌
You can now pay, request money, top-up or copy IBAN directly from your Home Tab. Simply long-press on the sub-account of your choice.
What’s fixed 🔨
Some users had issues creating a bunq account, getting stuck after filling in personal information because of a bug . We’ve fixed that.
The app would sometimes crash if you’d check out a payment’s details through the ZeroFX dial. Fixed it.
