@New-Green-Shark-2040052140#258972 Hi Bawer, this is the community forum. If you want bunq to assist you with an invoice, please contact them through Private Support chat. You can get to it in the app by following these steps:
- Go to Profile
- Tap on Settings in the right corner on top
- Scroll to the bottom, tap on Need help? Get Support, then choose Personal Support
Also it might be a good idea to close the sub-accounts that lead to this extra charge. In the Easy Bank plan, only a limited amount of sub-accounts are included.

Hi, I'm also running into this issue. I got bunq easy bank and finally talked my girlfriend into opening opening a bunq easy money account. This way we can have a shared bank account.
Now all of the sudden she gets charged 19 euros for 25 ibans and she feels like she getting scammed/shoved into taking a more expensive account.
That's no way to treat your customers. She didn't even got a warning or message that these costs will be applied. Else she would never have transferred her savings to bunq.
Is there a way to get around this? She needs a checking account, saving account and access to our joint account.

@p2baron#270976 Are you sure that she really subscribed to Easy Money or Easy Green? Technically, 25 IBANs are already included in those plans.
JakobProdigy
@p2baron#270976 This charge wouldn't show up for Easy Money customers (only if they create a lot of sub-accounts, over 25). Check her plan in her bunq app to make sure she is really on Easy Money.
Absolute con artists. Continue to charge me for subscriptions I did not sign up. Support confirmed I would be moved to the free subscription but they still carry on charging me. It’s a scam

@New-Mandarin-Rabbit-4172430838#273471 Bunq is not a scam, but a bank. If you're being charged, you're using more accounts then included in your subscription.
@thijsoost#257305 I have easy money personal and easy money businesslike several months. Today I got charged 19€ additional to the 8,99€ for my personal account.
let’s see what the customer support replies, but if they don’t correct it and refund , bye bye Bunq

@New-Peach-Goose-2923799649#281570 Didn't you create more than 25 sub-accounts?
Hey there, @New-Peach-Goose-2923799649#281570 👋
It's possible that you've come across an additional charge, which could be related to having more than 25 sub-accounts. With your Easy Money plan, you enjoy 25 sub-accounts at no extra cost. However, if you ever need more, our convenient 25 additional sub-accounts feature can be activated for just €19 per month, once you open your 26th sub-account. This way, you have the flexibility to manage your finances effortlessly. You can find all the details in our pricing sheet 📄
Furthermore, I'd like to clarify that archived sub-accounts won't count towards your sub-account, even if they're closed less than 60 days ago 🙌

I'm not affected by this issue myself right now, but I do believe that the app should provide an extra costs summary before an action is perfomed. The pricing PDF is legally ok, but come on, bunq UX should be better than anything else on Earth because it is so awesome by definition. In such a way there also will be no more posts about scam and so on.
This is actually what is already happening If one e.g. orders a card - the app states clearly what it costs, no "surprise, surpise!" afterwards. This principle should be everywhere.
Hey @Jiopot#281585 👋
Thank you for your valuable feedback. We truly appreciate your insights. Providing a clear and transparent summary of any potential extra costs before an action is taken is a good idea.
We're committed to delivering an exceptional bunq experience, and your suggestions align perfectly with that goal.
Your input helps us make bunq even better, and we're dedicated to ensuring that our users have the most seamless and enjoyable experience possible. Please make sure to submit your idea in a new thread, so it can be found by other users, too. Your trust and satisfaction are paramount to us! 🙌🚀

I got this same scam but only just found out this has been going on for 3 months. I have been a customer for both my businesses for over 4 years. When they made the fee more expensive I moved my holding to business easy bank (and the other to easy money). This went well for a year or so but the January invoice this year (early feb) suddenly has this extra 19,99€ charge. Since it’s a holding account not much happens here. I certainly didn’t change anything or added card or whatever. The physical card was expiring and since I never use it I didn’t want to renew it for 9,99€. When it expired I guess bunq felt some sort of justification to add this fee. I never got any message or whatever about this however. And not even sure what to do to remove this. I have 0 subaccounts on this main account. Only the core one
Also any contact with bunq takes 8!!!!! Days before I get a response? If they don’t fix this I’ll move my business elsewhere.
