Just now, I closed a support issue/ticket on my own (before the support or the automatic timeout did). After I pressed the appropriate button, I was expecting the "rate support" button I was used to for closed conversations.
Instead, the 2 buttons with icons ("tell us more" & "end conversation") were replaced by buttons without icons. When I again chose to close the conversation, I threw an error, that I do not have permission to move a conversation from "CLOSED" to "CLOSED".
My guess is, that an old button design left remnants in the app and got to the surface.
Unfortunately, I had the setting to block screenshots enabled, so I could not take a picture. I disabled it and will create one in the future.
