  • [REPORTED] Ticket preview only shows latest message from bunq, not my own

When opening the "profile" tab in the app, there is a conversation/messages section. One conversation is previewed. Unfortunately, it only shows the last response from bunq (support or bot). Even though there is a newer message in the conversation/issue from myself, it doesn't show it.
So you always assume you missed something and the conversation has been updated by the bunq support, which isn't the case.
This is even more annoying, when it's just the first message you always get from the bot.
Instead, it should show the real last message of a conversation. So mine as well.

    Correction: This seems to only be an issue, when the issue is first reported. Later, when a support staff member wrote something and you responded, the preview seems to update as expected.

      @dosz-Grey-Goat why did you remove the "Bug reported" label? Isn't this discussion, a bug being reported?
      And if I should not apply that label, why do I have permission to do so? ;)

        @SimJoSt#257650 The "Bug reported" is used by bunq employees when a bug has been reported to the bunq developers. It's not a tag that should be used by users. Unfortunately, there's no option on Together to hide some tags to users and only show them to employees. No worries, you couldn't have known this! That's why those tags are being removed by employees/moderators.
