If you've ordered a card and it still has not arrived, you can check the estimated delivery date of your card within the app. Check out the steps below to see how:
- Home
- Tap on Cards
- Select the ordered card
- Check its status and the expected delivery date
If your card hasn't arrived within the expected delivery date you can ask for a replacement! Follow the steps below to see how to replace your card that didn't arrive:
- Go to Home and tap on Cards.
- Select the card you want a replacement for
- Select Replace Card
- Edit card details (if applicable) and select Next
- Review the information and select Get Your Card
- You can Add your Card to Apple Pay or select Not now on the confirmation screen and you're all set!
If your card was stolen, the first thing to do is protect your funds and prevent the possibility of unrecognized transactions. This is done by blocking your card temporarily:
- Go to Home tab and tap on Cards
- Select a card
- Tap on Block Card
- Select 🟦 Block Temporarily
- Done
