Receiving Cards

Anyone here having trouble receiving the physical cards? I’ve ordered them months ago for my company. Have not received anything yet. Now bunq expects me te pay for replacement cards. I keep getting the same copy and paste answer when I ask for support.

Rajeev Are you sure your address is correct? Receiving a card shouldn't take much longer than 2 weeks. Unfortunately, support is the only one who can help you and can also provide a refund.

HI there,
my experience with support is good also. Of course there are issues that might take longer to solve depending from how much complicated is or if there is any bug that needs to be fixed.

As for any support organisation, the quality of the help received depends also from the quality of the information submitted when asking for help.

Generic statements, like the one you posted here, when requesting for help, do not take you anywhere.

"Help me to help you" is never been so true.

Hey this is strange, card mostly should arrive within a week (7 days) if you didn’t receive the cards i would contact bunq, to ask them to send you new cards, please mind, do not activate your card before you receive it!

A.F.Guman | YG Entertainment We have to process payments. So they had to be activated digitally. I asked them to send new ones. But then they basically tell me that I have received the cards and that I can pay for replacements. Now they just keep telling me were to replace the cards..

Make sure you do not close the request in the App once you placed it. If you close request, support team won't take it as in need of any answer.

GG Ahh this makes sense. I always colse the app and do something else. But its better to keep it open and wait until someone replies

You can start using your card right after creating it, with out need to receive the physical card if all you need to do is use it digitally with no presentation of the card.

For the delivery of the physical card, might be an issue with your address being "not completely safe" for card delivery. You might change the delivery address to a different one.. maybe your company address if you have one available and it is a different address.
