Hi, i have problem with card delivery. Im order brand new card physical version and in app i see title me card is delivered but im waiting 3 weeks more and still nothing.

    The date in the app is a rough estimate. The cards are sent via normal postal mail without tracking (except Metal Card). If the address is correct, it will most likely arrive at your place at some point. Because the cards are sent from The Netherlands, depending on where you live, it may be faster or take a little bit longer for the card to arrive.
