What I am supposed to do if I've lost my phone and together with my phone number & e-mail. And as a matter of fact I do not have my ID documents by me, can I use some face recognition to get back access to my bunq account and to change my phone number there?

For example even if you lose your phone, you would normally still have access to your phone number if you order a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider. The same would be true for your email address. Even if you lose your phone, you would still be able to log into your email account at another device. Lastly, even if we ignore these options, the government of your country of residence would still be able to hand out ID documents to you even if you lose them. These could then be used to start an account recovery process.
In any case, this is the public community forum and we do not have any insight into your account specifically. My advice is that you try to gather as many helpful documents as possible and try to regain access to your phone number or email address. After that, contact bunq support through support@bunq.com and explain your situation exactly to a tee. They will then be able to tell you what steps are needed for you to regain access to your bunq account.
