  • A swift UK after 10 days is not credited to my account yet!!!

My customer sent me a swift from UK on 29 July with copy of payments and tt and still not credited to my account. An did have several times asked the support team but not received any proper reply and I have faced so much problem with my clients for my settlements.

    Not sure what is the over all picture of your transaction
    If you had a SWIFT sent usually it takes around a week (working days) or less.
    Is the currency of the Transfer the same as the currency of the receiver account?
    If not, it will be rejected back to the sender.

      And I have given swift copy already to Support in Bunq

        Then if all the data point to refer to your account are correct you did the right thing contacting bunq support.
        Make sure to keep the request with support open otherwise they will considered solved.
        I did not see anyone else reporting issues with SWIFT over this user community.
        Must be an issue specific to the payment.
        Support will come back to you, I am not sure what are the volumes or SLA if any to provide an answer.

          @New-Scarlet-Panda-2660862987#259229 Just fyi: bunq does also offer GBP accounts. Not sure if it also works for businesses, but in general you are able to receive even domestic UK payments with them directly.
