HI 🖐,
I am not sure if it is due to Google Translate.. but I do not understand exactly what you need.
From bunq you can get two types of cards in different offering style:
- Debit card which is a MAESTRO branded one. It is still part of the MasterCard family but has its own circuit mostly popular in NL and BE. This debit card is usually not very much good for on line purchases due to the old thecnology. Maestro is anyway being retired soon with alternative TBA from MasterCard.
- Credit card which is the standard Master Credit card. It comes in two flavours. Standard and Metal
- Digital card which is a MasterCard Credit card and does not have a corresponding physical card. Perfect for on line activities.
Depending on which plan you have, some of the cards are part of the subscription and other can be purchased separately at an add on price.
If you wonder what is coming with which plan you can run the comparison at this URL:
🌈 https://www.bunq.com/benefits (You can toggle between personal and business plans.. not sure which one you are on).
At this document there are quite a lot info on different cards offered:

I guess you already know how cards work at bunq but just in case, despite being seen from vendors as Debit or Credit, bunq does not offer credit lines so anything you spend on the cards gets debited immediately to your bank account. if funds are not available transaction gets declined. This is to avoid to fall into debt spending more than what you actually have available.
I do not know if this provide additional information useful for your case. I hope so 🙏
Regards
