When will the add money feature be fixed ? It has not been working for weeks now.

      @thijsoost#259682 Hi its Add money by debit or credit card option . I was told they where working on the fix weeks ago. And its still not working.

        @New-Black-Pronghorn-2575071084#259684 Unfortunately, then the only thing you can do is wait. I believe it doesn't work for cards from certain banks. Because for me, adding money using a creditcard is working fine. Can't you add money to your account using one of the other options?

          @thijsoost#259685 It was working fine for me up to 5 weeks ago. No iv no other option to add money as some of the other features are not available in Ireland.

                @New-Black-Pronghorn-2575071084#259686 At the minimum, sending a SEPA bank transfer should be possible from any other Irish bank account though, right? That‘s the most reliable method in any case. Not sure how many Irish banks support instant transfers but if they do, it is even the fastest method.

                On a side note: If you create a sub-account with NL IBAN, you might have slightly better chance of it working with instant payments from another bank. Because these are the oldest IBANs that bunq offers other banks had more time to update their databases etc. It really depends on your specific setup, but it might make a difference. 👍 Obviously unrelated if your other bank doesn‘t do instant transfers altogether.

                    @thijsoost#259690 Thanks for all the info guys , I think I might have fixed the issue , I hadn't updated my old devit visa card details on here as I was recently issued with a new card with new expiry date and so on 👍So iv tried it and looks like it will work next time I want to add money.
