Raluca There are a few countries outside Europe that are supported for credit card top-up. But not every country, only Canada, Switzerland and the USA. If the card is from another non-European country, then it cannot be used. You could send an international bank transfer instead. Or use a third-party service like Wise or Western Union to transfer money.
