Hey guys, i would like to know, how do i do direct debit?❤️
I want to get charged by my phone company through bunq, and is it possible in bulgaria?

    If you describe the steps, we can “adapt” them to bunq if possible and if we are understanding your correctly.

        @Yairstyle#261061 Maybe, if you provide Vivacom with your IBAN (and their systems support it) then you can.

        You can find your IBAN inside your sub-account. You can copy it there.

        Setting up a direct debit requires the vivacom’s involvement.

          @Yairstyle#261061 As Joeri already said, bunq supports direct debits! But Vivacom also needs to support it, they should enable you to set up direct debits.

              “Hi, the Direct Debit service allows automatic transfer of funds to our Citibank bank account with your express consent. To pay by Direct Debit, you need to visit the bank where your bank account is opened and fill out a "Direct Debit Consent" document. A copy of the signed consent must be provided in our store or sent to our address : Sofia 1784, pk.44, to Vivacom, accompanied by a free text request describing your request.”

              How do i do it?

                This isn't how direct debits work in the Netherlands. Here you can just fill in your name and IBAN on the website of a company to give them access to direct debits. I've never heared of a "direct debit consent" document, and sending a physical document to an address by mail for a direct debit sounds very strange (and old fashioned) to me...

                    There it says that providing your IBAN should be enough

                      I will show them your answer if they agree it would be nice if not i will still pay with my bunq card :)
