Ive tried to get payment into my US sub account. And they’re saying the routing number isn’t attached to an account. Which address to people give for the account? And how has anyone else resolved this issue?

@Alice-Yellow-Shark#261814 It works fine for me. There are a few things to take note of:
At least in the iOS app, the account number is mislabeled. See this screenshot:
The 10-digit number at the top is not a "bank code", it's your account number. Then the 9-digit number beneath (026073150) is the routing number. If a bank name is required for the ACH transfer, this will be "Community Federal Savings Bank".
Other than domestic ACH transfers, you can also receive international SWIFT transfers to your account. In this case, you would use the IBAN and BIC instead of account and routing number. However, SWIFT transfers are quite expensive and slow. In almost all cases it's far better to receive an ACH transfer directly to your USD local currency account.
Hello. Is using these routing number detail to receive USD from the US classified as "US
Fedwire payments" and cost 10 euro per inbound transfer? Thank you.
@New-Jade-Sloth-3062573521#277930 Only ACH transfers are supported as US domestic payment option. They cost 70 Eurocents (in case of personal accounts) to receive per payment. If you use an international SWIFT payment, then indeed it's more costly. Fedwire is currently not supported as far as I know, but maybe that'll be possible in the future.
Hey Jakob,
I'm trying to convert $20k from my local USD business account to my Euros business account, but I've run into two issues: 1) the "convert" option only allows me to do a maximum of $10k at a time. And more importantly, 2) the exchange rate is lower than what I would get if I use the Wise app (it's a difference of several hundred euros). So I tried to use Wise, but when I wired the $20k to Transferwise it was returned to my USD account in two days with a note saying "payment rejected. Please use a different method." After reading the above notes, it looks like wiring is not an option. What do you think is the best way for me to get this money from my USD account to my Euros account?
@New-Turquoise-Dolphin-421041955#278903 Hey, I have exactly the same situation, did you solve this yet?
@Joris-Orange-Llama#284426 Are you trying to move money between your own bunq accounts in different currencies?
