Hello, my question is: my partner invited me to a joint account with bunq. I didn't use it at the time, but I accepted and started paying €2.99/month for the EasyBank plan, billed on the joint account. So the only IBAN I had was the one of the joint account.
Now I need a personal IBAN for my own money. So my question is: can I "add a sub-account" without incurring additional costs or should I open a new account from scratch?
Hope I've been clear. Thank you.
Adding sub account to joint account

@New-Turquoise-Rabbit-3588988292#261938 Unfortunately not, your account includes only one sub-account, and since you already have the Joint account, you're already using the 1 sub-account.
If you want another sub-account, it's best to switch to the Easy Money plan (€8,99/month) which includes 25 sub-accounts.

But this is not what's reported on the description of the EasyBank plan. I attach here the link to the screenshot I just made from the bunq app: [1] Added photo directly into comment. - Jakob, Together moderator
It says: included 1 sub-account, 1 joint-sub account, 1 saving account, 1 full bank account... Am I getting it wrong?

@New-Turquoise-Rabbit-3588988292#261947 Hmm, it looks like you indeed should have access to a Joint account AND a sub-account. I would recommend contacting bunq support: http://together.bunq.com/d/32181
