@New-Pink-Tiger-1461900755#262412 Keep in mind bunq has branches in different European countries (which enable them to provide us with IBANs from several different countries).

Always use the BIC and postal address that corresponds to the bunq branch of the account where you want to receive money on.

For sub-accounts with NL IBANs, the address was already posted above by Thijs. This is the address of the Dutch branch (which is also the main branch and headquarter).

For other countries, you can easily find out the official addresses by going to the website of that country‘s central banking authority. They will have an online database with every registered financial institution in that country which includes information like postal address.

Just as an example: If you‘re using a sub-account with IE IBAN (for Ireland) then the database of banks can be found at https://sortcode.bpfi.ie By searching there for „bunq“ you will get the postal address of the Irish branch:

This works similarly for other countries. If you‘re using DE IBANs at bunq, the database of the German banking authority is available at https://portal.mvp.bafin.de/database/InstInfo/ and you will be able to find the information about the German bunq branch:

Maybe having a page dedicated to this with information about all bunq branches would be nice. But in the meantime, the information can be researched like this 💁‍♀️
