Thomas The other user didn't say anything about virtual cards. The virtual cards at bunq (also called DigiCards) don't have a PIN. You cannot use them for anything that requires a PIN. Normal mobile payment via Apple Pay / Google Pay doesn't require inputting a PIN, but withdrawing cash might.
But you can also put your physical cards into your mobile wallet app, and then you know the PIN should you ever need it.
Going back on-topic: While there are ATMs that work contactless, the situation in Germany (the OP asked the question in German language, so I'll assume it's likely that they're living there) is that these are quite rare and when they exist, they only accept cards from a single bank. Would be nice to see this change in this future.
